I would kindly like to request sales people of Jothi Sore, esp the flower store side, to not to entertain another intruding customer while they are attending to one with a few orders! Chances are they miss putting items while entertaining the other! Today I was at flower shop requesting few items & the sales person was packing. My items were garlands, jasmine balls, loose flowers, pooja oil, arugam pul, neem leaves & betel leaves. A customer jst barge in to enquire abt wedding garlands & he stopped to entertain her! Came home no betel leaves in package even though I saw sales person packing! Very disappointed! It is an important item for my pooja today & I am staying in the west side! Please at least check the items before collecting payment! I asked for rose water! He said no more! Thank you for your diligent service! Jothi Store is a reputed flower store where we all have been purchasing flowers, wedding garlands, household items & pooja items for all our family occasions & celebrations for decades now! Thank you Jothi!. Hope you will look into such matters from not happening in future! Thank you for your kind understanding!
