Assalamualaikum Jentayu, I was actually waiting for pictures to be send from my photographer to post as an appreciation. Maybe that’s the later part uh, haha! Jentayu, you have been so great and wonderful fingers. I have no single regret when I decided to have you as the most top rating when I had my wedding surveys. Based on experience of my two siblings that hired them too! Your deco are super creative, unexpected ideas and wow-ed everyone. I felt it’s not about just decorating a wedding hall to a specific theme but the effort that Papa Jojie and team gave. It’s like every touch and props, have its meaning. Like come on! Rantai dokoh as my backdrop? Cool or what?! Without my brother, Erol, I won’t get this much. Thank you! And to Papa Jojie, you are just wonderful, amazing and superb! 💚

decided to take jentayu gallery for our wedding decor vendor , but until today , no invoice was sent to us even after requesting multiple times for the invoice . no proper documentation , no official written contract , just a google form to fill in our particulars . that should have been a red flag . they mentioned that a receipt will be sent together with the discount that was promised & a breakdown of what is included in their package . 'signed' with them 11th june 2022 , last message sent to them was 10th july 2022 , and still no reply . when requesting the receipt , the boss kept making ridiculous excuses , asking why we chose CC instead of ballroom because its cheaper (he told us to take CC because its better if we want customised decoration) & so on . they also had miscommunication amongst staff , whereby the salesperson told us one thing , the boss told us something else . extremely disappointed in jentayu as they are well known & their service should be top notch . will not be recommending jentayu as it is too difficult to work with them
