I first visited JP and met Eugene 2 years back for a "diamond workshop" when my friends decided to make their engagement rings with JP. Impressed with the workmanship, quality, and level of service, I decided to engage Eugene for my own engagement ring 2 years on. From the start, Eugene was always attentive and dedicated, always making extra effort to understand our requirements and preferences, and proposing suitable recommendations to meet these criteria (contrary to some other more aggressive shops). With his extensive experience, he was also very patient and detailed in explaining the intricacies of the diamond and the ring to the layman like ourselves for us to better appreciate what we are making/buying. In the design process, Eugene also took his time to assess and comment on the the few iterations before we arrived at the final product (which turned out a lot nicer than my own initial designs). Overall, working with Eugene and the JP team has been a very satisfying and fulfilling experience. Objectively, the products and workmanship are reliable and of great quality, and definitely competitively priced. Highly recommend anyone to work with Eugene and the rest of the JP team.
