This will be my most honest review of Uncle Peter. I was recommended to him by my friend who previously engaged him to do up her wedding as she mentioned that he is expert with flowers and reasonably price. My husband bought proposal flowers from him and we were both very pleased with the bouquet albeit the not so nice colour wrapping. After that, we engaged him to do up our ballroom VIP tables and other floral decor required and he has AGREED to do so. As my husband and I are tight budget on florals, naturally, I tried to negotiate. After several rounds of negotiation, Uncle Peter was angry as I have come up with several proposals to do the staircase of the hotel with minimal /basic flowers. He sent a text asking me to ask my friend to do the staircase instead of him. I was absolutely shock and appalled at his reply because I obviously did not engage him as a friend. Hence, I replied accordingly. Instantly, he BAILED out as our ballroom florist. We were absolutely upset as our wedding was couple of months away. This is such an unprofessional behaviour and uncalled for. Thank goodness, we managed to engage an even better florist who came up with extremely beautiful creation at very affordable price. Please do not listen to him or people who claimed that he is knowledgeable and cheapest in the market. He is definitely NOT the cheapest - rest assured, this I know after speaking to 6 florist businesses (wet markets to big corporations). My advise to those out there, be extra cautious especially engaging him to be your florist venue, you will run the risk of him bailing out.
