I placed CAK09 for a wedding occasion for 24.06.2023. Delivery was on time and could find the venue leasily. Janine was helpful even though I changed the delivery time twice. She answered in a cheerful manner and helpful. The couple likes the design for this CAK09.

I engaged Shernet for my bridal bouquet and corsages for my AD. The service she provided was truly excellent as she was very accommodating and attentive.She was also very patient in explaining what combination of flowers will make the bouquet stand out.The end product that I received on my AD went beyond my expectations:) I was very please with the size of the bouquet and flowers:) Thank you so much Shernet for your hard work!👍👍👍

We engaged Hazel Florist & Gifts for our bridal party bouquets, corsages, church pew flowers and car deco. There were a couple of hiccups in the service provided. At collection (1 day before the wedding), some flowers were placed in a cardboard box with water over plastic which left our driver's car seats wet as cardboard is clearly not the best water proof material. On the wedding day (thankfully before the ceremony), the car deco fell off several times as the suction was not holding well. We were told later that it may be due to car polish, heat etc. The company did send someone down to fix it but all this did cause stress to our bridal car driver. I provided Shernet feedback on all of this which she received well. Overall we did have beautiful, decent sized bouquets and flowers at a really reasonable price which was great. For the price we paid (which was hard to find elsewhere), we were pleasantly surprised at how bountiful and lovely the bouquets were. Shernet was generally easy to reach, pleasant to talk to, accommodating and understood our ideas which were reflected in her proposal. Hope the hiccups can be addressed to further improve the service for future customers! 3.5 stars:)

Loved every bit of how the whole flower decorations completed our wedding!! Thank you to Shernet and the team for being so detailed and knowledgeable, doing the mockups before AD, and ensuring the decorations matches the restaurant’s theme and layout! Many compliments from all my guests as well, highly recommended!!
