Alhamdulilah, really very grateful to have Hambali TWR as my wedding bridal. It was an amazing experience from the beginning to the end. I highly recommend!! The day we stepped into the showroom, Hambali (Abg Am) greeted us with some drinks and presented a few booklets & images(ipad) of his work. His knowledge on the style of wedding dresses and traditional outfits is impeccable. Although it may seemed like his showroom is small, but he carries a large variety of outfits and sizes. He is very patient with us, and even helped us took the photos and videos when we put on the outfits. He goes the extra mile to put on some accessories as we try the outfits which allows us to better visualise the outfits. He gave advices on how to pose and it is just so pleasant to talk to him. We felt comfortable, we were assured and we knew this was the bridal to go for. Fast forward to the big day, Hambali and his assistant (Lana) was there to assist the us in our outfits. The keris, sanggul lintang, the metal bouquet, and the whole entire outfit looked remarkable. They did their work with precisely and delicately. During and after the wedding, they were really patient with our long phototaking, and was so supportive. They will step in at the right time to assist us in all ways. We received so many compliments from our guests and families for the outfits. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my wedding day unforgettable! TLDR, - great outfit sizes - beautiful wedding dresses - amazing service and expert guidance - accessories are king and queen beautiful - attention to detail - during wedding andam services, was swift and delicate - post wedding, videos and images , bridal is spontaneously looking out for your outfit and health. Makes me feel grateful to have this bridal from the beginning to the end
