Hair Makeup by Mitra Nathan

Mitra did exactly what I wanted for my wedding day makeup. From skin prep all the way to the finishing touch. I wanted to look sculpted but also with minimal makeup and an almost no makeup makeup look. And she pulled it off exactly like that. And what I love about Mitra is that she matches my foundation so well every single time. Her colour match was amazing, I didn’t end up looking way fairer than my actual skin tone which was exactly what I wanted. And my hair does not hold curls whatsoever, she used premium products and technique to curl my hair and they lasted throughout the day. Mitra uses really good products on face and hair and you can tell that it’s a high quality products when it’s on you. I received so many compliments on my wedding day about my makeup and hair. Especially my makeup, many people said it looked so good and with a amazing base!

Mitra was my MUA for my wedding in Apr 2023. I am soooo ecstatic that I had made the best decision having her as my MUA on my big day. Her skin prep and make up skills made me flawless! She loves getting feedback so she knows how to consistently improve. So friendly MUA whom will make will feel extra special on your big day. Her assistant, Suvah was with her too and they were big help helping me get into my wedding gown and changing to traditional outfit. I'm writing this review in Nov 2023 and I still cannot thank them enough for the work they have done. You will never go wrong having Mitra as ur MUA for any events! I engaged Mitra for my daughter's wedding for 3 functions - Sangeet, temple wedding and reception dinner. She did amazing job of creating a different look with my hair and make up for each event. I received so many compliments for the beautiful make up and hair styling. I have to say I was very excited to leave my face and hair in her hands and looked forward to each creation. She's simply amazing. Very talented, creative and confident. I will definitely recommend Mitra and look forward to engaging her services again!

As for my hair, I wanted to use my own customised jadai pattai, and she stitched it so perfectly for me. As for saree draping, she is a professional in pre-pleating and draping. Overall, she made me look snatched on my wedding day 💅🏽 Mitra is a professional in what she does. I hope to get my makeup done by her again in future ☺️

Her hands are magical. recieved tons of compliments and my make up was intact despite being a very emotional bride no touch up on face was done throughout my wedding. She paid close attention to my needs and what I wanted to achieve on my big day and she delivered more than I asked for.
