I had an incredible experience buying my first platinum wedding band at Graff's lon Orchard branch. I wasn't too sure of my size and I was overseas while enquiring about the ring. However, they were kind enough to bring in two different sizes from overseas so that I'd have the size that fit me best when I visited. The ring itself is unlike any other platinum bands I've held or seen, with excellent craftsmanship. Special thanks to Ms. Tan Yaying for her wonderful hospitality. She took the time to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase & guided me in my process. Having staff that care about customers this way is very reassuring. Definitely plan on revisiting it soon.
