Thank you Kat for creating my dream bouquet for my wedding! I was specifically searching for preserve flowers as my wedding bouquet. Glasshouse Flower Studio was what I have decided on as they have plenty of preserved bouquet photos on their site which were very helpful for me to "imagine" what I want better. I can feel Kat loves what she does and she id very dedicated to her work and only presenting the best to her client. She was patient even when there was some miscommunication regarding the colours l like and she amended it quickly. Most importantly, the price is very affordable especially for preserved flowers. Amazing service by Glasshouse flower studio. Everything done by Kat was perfection. The flowers was in perfect colour schemes and did not over shadow the car, the suits and the dresses. Gave ample time to return some items which we appreciated. Will definitely recommend to our friends.

Super affordable bouquet package and love love love the customized preserve bouquet! Owner was super friendly and have many great suggestions. I just choose the main colours for my bouquet and trust her to do the rest and boy it didn't disappoint me! The car decor was super pretty as well! The flower at the front was bigger than expected! 1000% would recommend everyone to purchase from them!

She confirmed that she would be sending me mock-ups for: - Bouquet about 1-2 weeks before my actual day - Bridal car styling 3 weeks before my actual day However, I received NOTHING even when it was 10 days away. Hence, I messaged her on that Wednesday; she assured me it would be ready by the weekend. I texted her again on Sunday, but she only responded on Monday, mentioning that she was not satisfied with the initial look and promised to get back to me the following Wednesday. On that Wednesday, I reached out again, and she assured me it would be ready by the end of the day. However, I only got to see the mock-up the next day, just 2 days before my actual day. She incorporated some of my feedback to make changes to the flowers, but not all. Consequently, the bouquet I received was not ideal. Furthermore, there was a misunderstanding regarding my preference for the bridal car styling, and I had no choice but to accept it since she did not provide any mock-ups beforehand for preview. The boutonnieres also arrived without pins because she claimed past customers complained it damaged their suits. She suggested using safety pins instead, but luckily we managed to find some ourselves to avoid further inconvenience caused by the vendor. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. Please take note.

Thank you for supporting Glasshouse when we first started out, please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment you have encountered particularly with the delay in mock ups. ***Please allow us to address the following: Throughout our conversation, we were prompt in replying (apart from that one afternoon when we were away for set up), even so we were updating you. You dropped us a text on Sunday and I replied within 10 minutes. The following day I informed you that I was unsatisfied with the first draft - I do acknowledged the delay and apologised for the wait, remade the bouquet in 2 days as per your request. I also assured you we were on track with ample time. On Wednesday midnight, I sent you the sneak peak and took the feedback & comments, incorporated ALL the changes you mentioned: 1) adding more foliage 2) making the whole bouquet more compact and smaller Before finalizing the bridal bouquet and handling the bouquet over to you, we both mutually confirmed that it was up to your standard. There was a misunderstanding on the bridal car decor, I made amendments on the spot to your liking and double check if you would like to make any further changes before finishing the decor and confirmed you were satisfied together with your fiancé. As for the boutonnieres, this was already previously addressed over the phone with you to which you agreed upon before placing a deposit with us as we only offer pocket bouts back then. Throughout the whole encounter, we were responsive and made all the changes with ample time before you came down for the car styling. While we apologize for the delay in mock up, we ensured and confirmed that you were happy with the orders before passing to you. Nonetheless, thank you for your feedback, its invaluable to us as it helps us identify areas for improvement and ensures we maintain the high standards we set for Glasshouse!
