Yesterday (29/11/2024), I went Gen K with wifey. Wifey loved the jewellery pieces there and had a great time trying them. Iris attended to us and she was patient, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Kudos to her excellent service. Very rare to encounter such service. Had a great time chatting with her. Prices were reasonable and wifey almost wanted to buy more but restrained herself. In the end, ordered a jade bangle and when we collect, promised wifey that she can buy a jade ring as well to complement it. If she still wants it. Overall experience was fantastic and it felt very exclusive as we were the only customers there. We left as very happy and satisfied customers. Probably will bring my daughters there as well to browse for their wedding jewellery.
