France Paris Bridal

We got our package through the bridal fair which includes MUA, Gown, suit, PG and VG. Very satisfied with the service all around. Jamie, our in store assistant, was very meticulous and provided very good advice all around. She helped us pick good dress and we can really count on her advice. Jeff, our photographer was very professional throughout the event and gave us good instructions to take a lot of very good photos. We are really glad to get him for our service. Dennis, our videographer, was also very funny and professional. We had a lot of fun taking the videos and he rushed out an actual day video for us for lunch, which was very nicely done. Candy, our make up artist was really the saviour of the day. Bride's mother MUA MIA last min and she helped to rush the make up.

Signed an AD package with France Paris and we are very satisfied with the service provided! Would like to thank Jamie for being an amazing coordinator. She also helped to pick out gowns for me, and her replies are rather prompt too :) My MUA Candy is amazing. She came early on the day itself, helped with my makeup that I got many compliments for! Even helped with my mom’s makeup. She is fast and skillful! Photographer Jeff and videographer Dennis were early too and very professional. Can’t wait to receive our photos! Morning video highlight by Dennis was really nice, we get to showcase our morning during lunch :’) My advice is before signing or negotiating for any packages, do your planning well and know how long you need for your AD videography and photography, know the market rates for all the MUA and PGVG as well. But if you lazy then 🤣 just sign France Paris HAHAHA

I had such a wonderful experience with my pre-wedding shoot bridal team! From start to finish, everything was handled with such professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. It truly made such a difference and allowed me to enjoy the moment. We got to know this studio through a bridal fair, and to be honest, we were kind of talked into it as the sales lady promised many discounts. It was only after signing that we realized they had a negative online presence, which left us with some reservations. Thankfully, everything turned out smoothly for us. Shermaine, my makeup artist, was amazing—not only did she enhance my features beautifully, but she also made sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the shoot. She gave me the freedom to choose my hair and makeup styles, as well as the accessories to match my gown. Shermaine only offered suggestions when I asked for them, allowing me to fully express my vision for the day. She even took the time to remind me of helpful beauty tips on WhatsApp the day before the shoot, which was so thoughtful. Her thoughtful approach made the entire experience truly personalized and enjoyable! Jeff, our photographer, was equally fantastic—he gave clear, helpful directions while keeping the atmosphere lighthearted and fun. His guidance was invaluable, especially when he demonstrated the poses and provided mirror-image instructions, which I know couldn’t have been easy. We truly appreciated his patience and the way he kept things relaxed; without that, I’m sure we would’ve ended up posing awkwardly! I’m also beyond thrilled with how the final photos turned out! Catherine, the studio manager, guided us through the photo selection with warmth and professionalism, providing helpful information without any pressure or hard-selling tactics. Her welcoming approach made us feel comfortable and valued as customers. A special thank you to Yuris, our coordinator, for her incredible patience in explaining every detail to us and for always responding promptly to our WhatsApp queries. Her support made the entire process much easier and more enjoyable. I also appreciate how she never pressured me to try gown styles I wasn’t interested in. Instead, she took the time to understand my preferences, suggesting and recommending gowns that aligned perfectly with my taste. Her recommendations were spot-on! To future couples: We were fortunate that everything worked out, but we recommend doing thorough research beforehand to ensure the studio is the right fit for you. Please also note that this is primarily a Mandarin-speaking company, so even the contract and photographer's instructions were in Mandarin. However, they do understand English, so there’s no need to worry.
