Ridiculous service! My order was scheduled for 15 Oct, 6pm to 9pm bt I contacted them via WhatsApp at 730pm and I was told that there was no photo frame for my anniversary that I have selected. The agent then offered me a wedding anniversary and happy anniversary with best wishes which were not meant for me. You are better off using other services.

Edited 23 August: I ordered a chocolate+flower bouquet with a 'Happy Anniversary' balloon for a dear friend celebrating her 20th wedding anniversary. FNP sent the wrong balloon to the recipient and when I asked customer service, they said that they ran out of the balloon I ordered. The least they could do was to call me to ask which other balloon I wanted as a replacement and not assumed I would be okay with a "I Love You" balloon instead. No calls whatsoever from FNP until I found out about the mistake myself when I checked the delivery notice. I had suggested that in future, they should call customer to confirm the replacement and to remove the out-of-stock item from their website. The call would have taken them less than 5 minutes. Not so sure about recommending their service to others now. Previous review: I placed an order on 22 August 2023 and FNP staff Aina was quick to provide assistance for an enquiry I made thru WhatsApp. The ordering and payment steps are easy to follow and I managed to complete my transaction within 10 minutes. I love the same-day delivery option they offer. FNP has a wide selection of products too. Will definitely recommend to others.
