Working with Flora Moments on our wedding bouquets was pretty wonderful from start to finish. Esther provided the initial consult and helped us price out our different options (we were budget-conscious). We ended up deciding that a bridal bouquet, bridal party bouquet, and hairpiece for the bride were just what we needed. The bridal bouquet had a gorgeously cascading waterfall shape and the floral hairpiece was stunning (and included extra flowers on bobby pins!), Thank you for creating such a beautiful part of our wedding day, Esther! Incredibly impolite and rude. I ordered some flowers for my wedding anniversary falling on 8th February and they wanted me to pay Valentine's day surcharge. They're so money driven that they preferred to cancel the order rather than fulfilling it. Just too appalling to order from them ever again.
