I’ve been a repeat customer of Farm Florist and I really like the freshness of their flowers and the bouquets they prepare. Most recently I ordered a bouquet of 12 roses for my wife for our 2nd wedding anniversary. They were able to accommodate a last minute request from me to change to an earlier time slot and the bouquet was very promptly delivered. Even though the card was wrongly delivered, they were able to rectify it very quickly and arranged for the correct card to be delivered to me within the same hour. Will recommend to others who are looking to buy flowers for different occasions.

Totally agree that it is one of the worst online floral service ever! Think should go back to your farm and start learning quality service. These online florists seems to come from a single source in mass. Avoid at all cost and go to a physical brick& mortar flowershop like Kovan market or those in neighborhood malls. I've lost trust in the online florists especially those home-operated ones that keep pushing to clear their stocks as "Promos". What you see is often not what you get and think they can't communicate well too. They delivery time was so rubbery and first get deliveryman to call for the delay and then the "farmers" to apologize and still delay further. It is the worst ever service and thereafter no response. For this negative review not even worth a star and hope the others will not want to risk your important occasion to be screwed up. It's so easy to order online but thereafter any problem they just went MiA (at their mercies) with the payment. They will know who am I and please stop playing blame game because customer will always at the loosing end. Yes, simply push the blame to the customer and thinking the problem will be solved. I don't think this is ethical to do this, just put yourself in my shoe on a wedding anniversary celebration. Shame on the online florist and the poor management team. Do you believe in Karma? It's a mistake for me to search on web for florist near me and this is what I got in the end. Go support a physical flowershop and at least you will get to see the freshness of the flowers before you place an order. I am sure they will not fail me on such a special occasion! NO STAR FOR YOU!
