Bouquet for our 30th wedding anniversary was supposed to be delivered to my wife’s office between 9am to 6pm. Called Far East Flora at 5pm to check whether delivery was done. Was told it is on the way and was assured that delivery will definitely be done before 6pm. I informed that my wife will be leaving office at 6pm for our dinner. However, bouquet was not delivered even at 10 minutes past 6pm. Called Far East Floral to cancel the order as delivery was not done even after 6pm and was promised full refund. Reached home after dinner at 9pm and delivery was routed to my home and arrived at 9.15pm even though I have cancelled my order.
