We’re so glad we chose Jacks as our wedding emcee! From the very beginning, he communicated really well and took the time to understand our story, how we wanted our wedding to feel, who would be there, and even the things we wanted to highlight or avoid mentioning. What we really appreciated was that whenever we weren’t sure about something, he would suggest ideas and help us make better decisions. He even recommended a better version of the march-in song we chose, which turned out so much better! He also went the extra mile to bring his own props to match our wedding vibes, which was such a nice touch. He was also very proactive in coordinating with the venue, photographer and sound engineer, so we really didn’t have to worry about much on the actual day. Having him as our emcee made us feel very at ease because we knew he had everything under control. Our guests loved him too, and the chemistry between him and the crowd was great. He kept the atmosphere fun and engaging without making anything feel forced. Overall, we’re really happy with how he helped make our wedding day so smooth and enjoyable. Would totally recommend him to anyone looking for an emcee who genuinely puts in the effort to understand your wedding and make it personal!

We had an amazing experience with Jacks. He was professional, helpful, and incredibly friendly, and he made the entire process structured, smooth, and comfortable for us. From the preparation phase where he arranged a call, walked us through his own detailed D‑day schedule template (which we could also share with the hotel, very professional!), to running through the full programme with us and offering suggestions and best practices for our wedding, everything felt well‑guided and reassuring. On the wedding day itself, he was an outstanding emcee. He was entertaining, adaptable, and able to handle hiccups and timeline changes effortlessly. It was such a comfort knowing we had an emcee who could manage everything behind the scenes so we could stay worry‑free for our big day. He also helped us brainstorm fun game ideas and even arranged an AV assistant for us (at an additional charge). The AV support covered everything including music, picture loop, montage, and all videos. All we had to do was upload our media to his provided link. Very seamless process.
