From our first meeting, he shared so many helpful ideas—games, song choices, and even how to structure the flow of the evening—which made planning feel much easier. On the day itself, Ivan was fantastic—engaging, energetic, and he kept everything running smoothly, even when there were small hiccups happening elsewhere. We didn’t have to stress about a thing. It also really helped that he had an AV assistant with him, which made everything even more seamless. We’re really thankful for all the effort he put into making our celebration so enjoyable. Our venue, park royal collection, was familiar with him and he was familiar with all technical requirements so we just needed to give him the content and he and his technical assistancs made sure everything went smoothly on the day with no technical issues. The emcee'ing itself, he did a fantastic job. With great feedback from the elderly chinese speaking guests and our young freinds. He is very engaging and knows how to entertain the crowd. Ivan did a first video call with us when we first reached out to him to explain the flow and was really patient in our queries. We had a second (physical) meeting nearer to our wedding date which he was really merticulous in telling us what to take note and briefed us the entire flow of events which made us really comforted to have him run the rom, tea ceremony & wedding for us.
