Its my first time renting from Dream Car Rental. Rented a Mazda 3 from 13 to 17 July 2023. Frankie and team did an amazing job, the process was fuss free, everything was explained clearly and a staff will go with you to check the car and mark out the spots before you drive. Most importantly, the car is clean and tidy and also well maintained. I have already booked my second car in October and I hope they continue to keep it up as its hard to find such good rental agencies nowsadays! Kudos to Frankie and team! Update: following which i rented multiple times from Dream Car Leasing and they never fail to disappoint. I decided to rent their Estima for a week for my wedding and it was comfortable and smooth, will continue to rent from them in future!
Placed a deposit with them. Unfortunately with recent Covid 19 stringent regulation, friend's wedding had be called off. Asked for refund of deposit and was advised that " I'm sorry there is no refund.. We only can allow you to offset on your next booking". I mean, come on. I will come back if i need to and would be more than willing to follow your procedure to place deposit - why hold on to my deposit? Figured out that in these time, they probably need my deposit more than ever. I'll just take it as i'm doing charity to them. Update: Your staff understood that the rental is for wedding reception and with this new restriction, there are no indications on when wedding receptions would be allowed to be resume. Clearly, because of the uncertainty of what might come - i had asked for refund. If there are indication of when wedding receptions are allowed to be resume, I would had negotiation with your staff to ask for extension till then - unfortunately there isn't any from Government. Hence my plan was to ask for refund and will re-book again when there are visibility on the wedding receptions. Period.
