He has been extremely patient & responsive in listening to our preferences, never hesitate to provide his insights while working within our budget. From designing to collecting the final products, the entire process is hassle-free and we are extremely amazed at the final product! He even went the extra mile by being in cahoots with my husband and “lied” that there was a delay in production, just to that my husband can catch me offguard during proposal. 🥲
