My husband and I did our ROM at our condo garden, total of 5 people, including witness, us and Dr Shirley Low who was our solemniser. We picked her as her name appeared as the first name on the list. Dr Shirley did a lovely session for us. She was thoughtful, kind and very sincere. Half way through the session, my aunt and Dr Shirley recognised each other as they were friends from way back when! Such a small world. Oh, not to mention, Dr Shirley rocked up to the venue in an amazing outfit!!! Prior, she was responsive via WhatsApp to arrange the session too :)
+1 dr Shirley low was also our solemniser, she was very thoughtful and sincere thru the session and did a very heartfelt solemnisation for us She really believes in love and marriage, and radiated positivity throughout the day Can highly recommend if you're looking for an option
