I was looking forward to Digio Bridal, but it was a disappointing experience as I was quite frankly, body-shamed by the stylist. As I am more on the skinny side, the stylist Kris Ooi kept commenting about my size, asking me questions like "you never eat enough is it?", "how much do you eat", "you are very skinny" and she even asked my accompanying friends if I've always been this skinny. Which I felt was so rude. It wasn't a one-off comment, she said it for over half the appointment. As someone who already feels insecure about her body, she made the experience extremely uncomfortable and upsetting for me. I teared up and almost cried in the dressing space because of it. If you want to get people to be a Digio bride, please have more empathy and be sensitive. This was the worst stylist experience I've had. Do better.

Digio has the widest selection of gowns (based on the studios I visited) and most importantly frequently release new collections through the year. Their gowns are very beautiful and unique! We were served by Pei Yee who's super detail-oriented (hand sewing my gown floral details on the spot to make it look perfect) and shares personalised recommendations based on your body shape, likes & dislikes etc.

pei yee was really helpful and recommended me different types of dresses to try on. she really made the choosing of gowns an enjoyable experience!! i loved the collections digio has and the dresses really made me feel like a princess. it’s my dream come true!!!

Although I was unsure of what I wanted, Pei Yee took the time to help me go through different dresses until I found all the right ones. The staff are generally very helpful and quick in their responses as well, and I felt so reassured throughout my experience. Their prices are also very fair.
