My fiance and I had been looking around for awhile for a suitable engagement ring. Upon chance, a colleague introduced Diamond Palace to us as she was a frequent customer. Darrel and his father had been very informative and helpful regarding the different gemstones that they have while introducing it to us. In the end we settled on an exquisite color change garnet as our main stone, which was elegant and unique to us personally. They searched earnestly for the side stones for our ring, texting and calling us along the way, so as to keep us updated at all points. When all the components were ready, they sent it to their personal manufacturer, and we received it quite promptly a week or so later. We were very grateful as they gave us the choice of payment that we were the most comfortable with. Overall the value of the service was excellent and we would highly recommend it to everyone that we know if they even need to get any jewellery done.10/10
