Purchased a wonderful engagement ring, designed to my specifications with a diamond I initially thought would have been well outside of my budget at any other retailer I’d looked at. The team at DeRocks made the purchase really simple, with plenty of information, timely responses, and complete clarity over the purchase. They clearly were putting my wishes first and it showed. The fact that my partner looks at the ring more than she looks at me nowadays is evidence! I would not look anywhere else for similar purchases in the future - this is where I’ll be coming!

I bought a diamond of much higher clarity, cut and colour at a substantially bigger carat weight. Not only was I welcomed with an abundance of useful information about buying a diamond for the first time, but the customer service, pricing and assistance in the process for someone very new to diamonds like myself, was sensational. Without hesitation I proceeded with DeRocks and purchased my wife a ring that I had previously thought was well out of my budget. I later on got a valuation in Australia of 2.5x what I paid with DeRocks. I have since referred many friends and family to them, they are the real deal and genuine in their service.
