Overall, the end actual-day product was relatively decent (food + venue decor), however, the process of liaison with the contact assigned to us could definitely be improved. While in the initial stages it was more proactive on their end, throughout the course we felt that we had to constantly chase and remind on matters that vendor should have been in the know. Vendor could also have been more clear on what's to expect during food-tasting, so we could come more prepared on how the flow of operations could be streamlined. Further post-event feedback from our wedding team coordinator include: 1. Caterer (same liaison contact) could have been more on the ball - multiple reminders were needed to get the skirting of furniture arranged for 2. Liaison was mostly not seen during the setup (our wedding team coordinator who was one of the sisters had to keep asking from the ops people on the ground for skirting)
