2/5 Stars - Wedding Planning Service 4/5 Stars - Wedding Coordination Service 5/5 Stars - Groove Society (Live Band) -Wedding Day: 16th December 2023- My husband and I are based in Singapore hence we do not know many vendors in Ipoh. This was why we decided on engaging a Wedding Planner to help us but felt that the team lacked resources. Messages were seen but replied at a much later hour and at times not responded. Also, only in the month leading to our wedding did the team contact us more frequently. Jefrey assisted my Tea Ceremony on my wedding day. For the night, Wedding Coordination service was almost perfect. Filicia and her asst. coordinated and controlled the night very well. However, docked 1/5 Star under coordination because they did not get the videographer & photographers on standby to film my surprise singing for the groom and all guests during 2nd March-in. No one present that night has the full video of the bride's singing but only half way. Regarding our live band, we ended up engaging Groove Society by Craft3rd. There were a few hiccups on the day of the wedding but Jefrey and the band absolutely killed it that night! Everyone was talking about how good the live band was. Joni and the team did a splendid job! They somehow managed to make changes to the playlist under short notice. Everyone was singing their lungs out and dancing their night away. Our 2 cents, Craft3rd definitely redeemed themselves that night. Kudos again to Jefrey and Filicia for keeping us sane and managing the crowd, program, and liquor for us. Couldn't have done it without the team. In conclusion, they are definitely great Wedding Coordinators!!

Jeff and the Craft3rd team are experienced and very professional. Groove Society did a great job riling up and entertaining the crowd. It was an unforgettable wedding. Highly recommended !

The team is extremely professional and loving with lots of patience to attend to our requests for the wedding while giving us the best advices they can. All we get is positive feedback from all our family, friends and guests and we know how difficult it is to have everyone to be 100% satisfied with the wedding with no complaints but just complements! We can never do it without you guys! We really just want to thank you for all the support n planning throughout the wedding! Appreciate it very much!
