The entire customization process was remarkably hassle-free and enjoyable, from start to finish. Yvett's patience and expertise made the experience even more delightful. The lab diamonds used were exceptionally sparkly and of high quality, adding to the allure of the bangle. Despite a longer wait due to CNY, it was definitely well worth it, especially if you are not in a rush. The end result exceeded expectations, becoming a cherished part of our wedding jewelry.
Yvett (Owner of Coeur) was very helpful in helping me decide and choose the centre piece diamond that I wanted which was 'i want it to look big and sparkly!' So she hunted down the best one that fit my 'big and sparkly' crtieria! She also discussed thoroughly what setting would suit best for my double halo ring (measurements, height, width, bridge setting, etc) and she was very attentive to details. She also made sure the ring was a perfect fit so I could fit my upcoming wedding 'big and sparkly' wedding band. I'm in love with my ring all thanks to Yvett! Highly recommend!!
