Very efficient and expeditious response resulting in a smooth engagement process. Staff is very punctual and entire set-up/tear and operation of the Photo Booth is fuss-free on event day. They are flexible and accommodating towards our last minute changes to event flow as well.

Amazing, fun and professional! Thank you for making my wedding one to remember, the photobooth was loved by everyone. Awesome range of funny and customizable props for the guests to use. I had a fantastic experience with Cloud Booth at my wedding! The photo booth was a huge hit, and the setup was seamless. Michelle and her team were professional, and the photos turned out beautifully. Highly recommend them for any event!

I recently got married and I hired cloudbooth as one of the entertainment events and it was a very big hit! Everyone had so much fun and the service team at the venue were so patient when explaining the differnet templates to the guests individually and when guiding the guests with the postinioning and even poses when they were struggling to think of some. Not to mention, the photos turned out so good! Excellent quality! The marketing team was also very patient and accommodating when I had to make multiple changes at the last minute due to logistics issues and amendments for the photo frames. Every single one of my guests had so much fun, and once again, I would like to thank Cloudbooth for the incredible service. Would definitely work with them again, and 10/10 would recommend 👏

I'm very disappointed in the outcome of the photos and I wish I had gone with another company for my wedding. I requested for a white backdrop for my wedding photo booth service. There was no sample in the company's backdrop inventory so I enquired over email. The reply stated that they recently acquired a white backdrop but do not have any photos of it yet. Having a specific vision of the look of photos, I showed them a sample of what I wanted. A wedding is a once in a lifetime event and I would think that the team would have tested it prior to the event day, especially if it is a new backdrop. Their website claims to have colour calibration and I trusted the claims. The prints on the wedding day came out looking like a faded BLUE instead of white background. They apologised after I complained after the event for the background looking "cooler than expected in prints". The team onsite on the day did not look very experienced and did not resolve the problem even though I personally highlighted that this was a problem 45 minutes into the 3 hour booking. The digital files given to me are only 1920 × 1280, no higher resolution was captured - I'm not sure where are the "high-clarity photos" are as promised on the website. Edit: Thanks Sean for your response. Before posting this review, I did communicate with your team via the email thread. The last email I sent was on 19 August and did not receive a reply from you. So I'm not sure what you mean when you say I was too quick to leave a review online as your team did not offer any form of compensation in our email discussion prior. To directly address some of your replies; - I understand what colour temperature is, and "cooler" does to the human eye appear blueish, hence why in the prints, the backdrop appeared a blue-grey. - Yes, the team was helpful in our email correspondence prior to the event, save for the template editor taking a while to reply after prompting her 2-3 times. - The white backdrop was never claimed to be an additional cost, so I'm not sure why you're claiming it to be an added benefit that I was not charged for it. - The "high clarity" yes does not mean high resolution. My mistake for not ensuring that your service would provide me high resolution images. However, from the digital files, it appears that there is either a smoothing skin filter applied or a focus issue, it is clear that the images captured were not sharp.
