Christine was the makeup artist allocated to me for my Actual Day and she was 💯10/10💯. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a bridal makeup artist. Christine is a veteran in the industry. She is responsive, meticulous and has very impressive techniques. We had been communicating through WhatsApp from 8 months before my wedding day to discuss the flow of the day, pricing, dresses + looks that I would be comfortable with. She also gave multiple suggestions (with pictures for me to visualise) and eventually we settled on a few looks. On the actual day, she managed to completely conceal a breakout that I was experiencing, prepared jewellery and even left a lipstick for me to top up through the rest of my day. The hair and makeup stayed in place from morning till I removed it later that night. Do note that as Christine is always on the go & is sometimes with clients when responding, a lot of her communications with me were through WhatsApp voice record. In order to help keep tabs of what we agreed on, both of us would write a tiny summary of the agreed updated flow & pricing (she'll usually do it, but sometimes she's busy, so I'll list it out instead in order to prevent having to go through the voice messages). If anything is forgotten, left out or misunderstood by her, you can just let her know. She is super nice about it! We had Christine as our MUA for our wedding day. I must say she was very very professional and super efficient! I loved all the looks she created of me! With just one look, Christine can tell which makeup style would best suit us, she would suggest and bring out the best version of us! Also, the makeup was so lasting (from morning till night), and was not cakey at all! It felt just like second skin, must have done some real magic on that 😆 Overall, I’m very thankful to have Christine as my MUA and would definitely engage her on my next important events!
