I met the best sales executive Ms Allyson Chan from vivo City branch when I'm lost in search of wedding gift for my bestie. I was hesitate to even approach any of the sales executive in any jewellery shop as I didn have any experience of buying gold jewellery. Yet, Ms Allyson welcomed me with smile and is very friendly approachable. She presented me with different categories and guided me to choose the most appropriate one for my best friend in patience. I did not felt any pressure or burden through the entire busying experience. Eventually I took her suggestion and my prob has solved! Thanks her so much for the well services and professionalism. Will definitely come back to her in near future.
Overdue review. Went to Chow Tai Fook as I was looking for a gold pendant as part of my parent's wedding gift to myself. Despite the long wait (hence not a 5-star review), as there were many customers but insufficient sales personnel, I am glad I found a great-looking gold pendant. Special mention to the salesperson: Eris Lee, for her attentiveness and friendly service.
