She listened to what I wanted and created a look that still felt like me, just a more polished and confident version. She was responsive and even provided a detailed preparation guide for brides. Before the shoot, I shared some makeup references with her, and she took the time to understand the look I was going for and reassure me, which gave me confidence that I was in good hands. On the day itself, the weather forecast was bad, and we were very close to postponing. Chloe was so understanding throughout, and we were really glad we decided to go ahead. She was professional, easy to chat with, and made the entire makeup session such an enjoyable experience. She even prepared a personalised touch-up kit for me to use throughout the shoot.
