Thank you, Chilli Manis, and especially Charlotte, for managing my enquiry and order so well. It was my first time ordering with Chilli Manis, and since it was for my wedding, I had many questions and concerns. Charlotte’s excellent customer service, patience, and flexibility truly made a difference, and I appreciated it so much. We also received wonderful feedback from our wedding guests on the food — everyone loved it! Thank you once again for being a part of our special day. One suggestion for future improvement would be to include food allergen information on the food tags, which would be especially helpful for organisers managing large events.

Went to enquire on the buffet package for 25 pax for our upcoming wedding but was greeted with the most unfriendly and rude tonality over the phone like she was super annoyed and impatient with our queries (not sure if you’re having a bad day or what la), but to whoever it was…. you just lost a customer here. Please train your staff to have some level of professionalism whether or not it is over the phone or in person. Thanks.

I found Chilli Manis in last Dec in my cousin’s wedding. I love the food and decided to order the buffet during this CNY. I am really very glad that the company sent me several messages to update me when the food will reach my house. They are also kind to give a small gift for the cny. I like their service and will order their buffet again.

Ordered mini Buffet for my daughter's wedding. Kate Leu is very helpful n patient. She recommended some dishes that my guests give the thumbs up. Thanks Kate for the good service and not forgetting the delivery staff too. Will order from Chilli manis if there's any event. Too bad, i forgot to take pics of the yummy food

I engaged Chilli Manis to cater lunch for my wedding tea ceremony, with Kate Leu as the sales coordinator. She was prompt, responsive, and made sure the food was delivered on time and of excellent quality. My guests thoroughly enjoyed the food and had great things to say about it!
