Julian is undoubtedly exceptional! His patience and remarkable skills are evident in his work. The wedding video he created was absolutely stunning. Julian also excels in commercial projects; he's highly professional, creative, and consistently offers solutions to any challenges. It was a fantastic experience collaborating with him.
To begin with, I thought it was okay to not engage a videograoher for my wedding. But for once, I'm glad that I was wrong, after eng gin Julian for the job. His professionalism and product says it all. Every moment he captured was indeed candid and real. Everyone was so worried he'd skip his meal, but he insisted on finishing up his job before attending to his hungry stomach. For people who's still contemplating whether or not to engage? My humble advise will be yes, you have to engage. Julian he is. He will not disappoint.
Best decision engaging Julian and Yu Xian for our wedding! We received multiple compliments from our relatives for the same-day edit morning highlights. Definitely no regrets choosing Candid Moments Cinematography as our wedding videographer. Julian and his team has been nothing short of professional and delivered beyond our expectations. We knew we had to engage them the moment we saw samples of their past work because the videos speak for themselves. We particularly liked how the flow of the video was not in the standard chronological order but instead edited in a different way but everything still meshed so well and played out seamlessly! If you are camera shy, fret not because filming with Julian was also very easy as he could make us feel comfortable in front of the camera. My wedding guests complimented the Same Day Edit (SDE) and mentioned that even though the video was relatively longer than the other videos they watched at other weddings, there was never a boring moment. I am really glad I entrusted Candid Moments to capture our special day.
Engaging Julian and team was easily one of the best decisions we made for our AD ☺️ Julian puts his heart and soul into wedding cinematography and this shone through our same-day-edit and wedding film. Julian arrived earlier on our big day to prepare for our ring shots and helped to calm our nerves by talking to us and guiding us along with our groomsmen & bridesmaids all the way. Having him as our AD videographer was really assuring as we knew we were in good hands right from the morning. We really enjoyed our AD with Julian and we are so glad to have had him capture all the candid, sentimental moments in our SDE video. Of course, it was absolutely well-made and we loved it to bits! So did our family and friends. Julian remembered the little things we shared during our pre-banquet call like our preferred videography style/mood e.g. not wanting long voiceovers of our wedding vows in the SDE. Julian even helped to pace us for our march-in when we were walking too fast and he stayed behind to film the phototaking segment with our guests, even when he didn’t have to. We truly recommend Candid Moments as your wedding videographer 🥰
