Dont deserve even 1star! Personal experience that I even have to lodge a complain to Consumer Association of Singapore (CASE) on assisting to get back all soft copy films (to no avail) which they did not mention during the package enquiry stage. I am asked to pay $45 per pc photo or pay $1000/$2000/$3000 package when I realised during viewing the photoshoot and asked for all the soft copy films, they mentioned anything outside 30 pcs of photos and soft copy films for obtaining to pay. They did not inform me in the first place and they even mentioned that it is against the law or governing regulations in the eyes of the authority if all soft copy films are given back to me.To share with everyone that you will be asked to pay and pay for more and more of their sales strategy. The photography does not have professional skills which the quality fails. The indoor outdoor effect is not good, the photographer was rude and time rushing. The outdoor shoot locations are not great in choices selection, the locations me and my wife wants are not desirable which they mentioned locations not available due to Covid-19. The make up artist was rough when grooming my wife's hairdo and the one who edit me and my wife's wedding photos was really lousy, the photos look very fake and they can even say they don't know how to edit the films. The background colour was not able to ps or edit to our basic expectation!

Signed up their package because it was highly recommended by our friend and the photos they showed us looked really modern and nice, they emphasized on “korean” trendy style. However, when we went down to their studio to pick the gown, there were limited gown. Tried on almost 20-30 gowns but at least 3/4 looked old fashioned. Almost had nothing like pinterest gown ideas. For the guys, it was horrible. There were only 2-3 choices available for his size, note: he was 170 and 75kg. How difficult can it be? And he had to choose because m the only available were purple maroon, navy blue (which was too tight but we still chose it because there’s not other available ones) and grey one. We were utterly disappointed, confused and sad because we’ve already paid the deposit and we chose them already. They allowed us to look at the available gowns but you will never know if it fits until you try on. It was a big ticket item but it was such a bad experience. Then came our prewedding shoot and it turned out almost perfect. Everything was good during the 8 hours shoot and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. The photos taken were 💯!! Totally satisfied. Our package includes 38 photos but there were over 200-300 photos, it was painful to be able to choose only 38. Hence we topped up $700 for the extra 32 soft copies. Then came the Actual Day where we had 8 hours photographer, hence we went to Gardens by the Bay for a short photoshoot as our wedding was just a short and simple one. Three months passed and they called to inform us to collect the actual day photos. The photos turned out to be horrendous. All the lighting made our venue looked like some industrial space when it was supposed to be warm lighting where it will be cosy and comfortable. Best part was the photographer managed to captured all the ugly expressions and people. I am definitely not afraid to say that even our Iphones did a better job than them. Even our guest took better photos than him. We talked to them and the boss said that she felt that different people may have different perceptions of good photography. They were really nice to edit the photos lighting and all again. But when the angles are bad, it is bad. There’s nothing much that can be changed. They offered to return us all our prewedding photos as it was well taken. Through it all, they provided the best customer service. But it is the quality of gowns, photographers that made it the worst experience and I wouldn’t want anyone to go through this. Pls request to see ur photographers portfolio before confirming and also to try on the gowns if possible. I regretted for my once in a lifetime choice because I trusted in my friend’s recommendation (whom she had introduced to a few others too but apparently im the only suay one), I hope you would meet a good one. My wife tried more than 20 gowns and she will more than willing to help us to test try all the gowns b4 making our decision. She never fail to answer our queries whenever we are in doubt. A very patient lady. Will totally recommend Sharon from Bridal Concept to any couple who is looking for pre-wedding shoot and gown rental.
