Having Bottled Groove was the first decision we made for our wedding (we booked them even before we confirmed our PWS/AD dates), and having them was one of the best decisions we made! The team (including Erin) were very clear in their communications due to various moving parts (change in dates/ weather/ illness etc), and that helped smoothen the entire journey and process. We were fortunate to work with Dexter and Eugene for PWS, and with Eugene and Levin for AD. All of their works surpassed our expectations in capturing the emotions and meaning of the days' events. We didn't have a videographer for AD, but it didn't feel lacking at all because of all the movement and energy captured in the photos. A friend (band member) even commented that the photos sounded good lol. The only problem was ALL THEIR PHOTOS SO GOOD HOW TO CHOOSE WHICH TO POST?? (happy problem!!) They were all friendly and professional, and we had a really good time interacting with them. No hesitations in engaging them again, and recommending them to others!

Even our family members thought that Eugene was an old friend of ours, because of how happily we were chatting together. We are generally shy and awkward, and tend to make silly faces when in front of a camera #tonguesout. Yet, Eugene managed to capitalise on this and the photos of us making silly faces somehow captured a private and happy moment #whatsocery. Eugene would ask thoughtful questions at the right moment (including asking my parents what they thought of me as a child hehe), which reminded us to feel and appreciate the moments instead of ‘just going through the motions on actual day’. On a practical note, Eugene and Erin was punctual and responsive throughout the pre-wedding period and on the wedding date.
