We were looking at gold bangles for bridal purposes and showed the SA 2 specific designs from SK. It is fine if they don’t have the designs and recommend us something else but he felt the need to make sarcastic comments “Oh are these designs from pawnshop? or maxicash? These designs are outdated already.” in a belittling way. Mind you, these designs are trendy designs from SK which the company is not capable of doing. In fact, the bangles he showed us were dowdy and things from the 90s era. Please see attached first 5 photos of their unfashionable designs and the last 2 photos of the ones from SK and you guys can be the judge as to which company is the out-dated one. The gold price is not exactly cheap either, the designs are distasteful, and with such turn-off service, please do not patronise them. We ended up taking our business to Boon Lay Goldsmith at Boon Lay itself. They have trendy designs and super nice SA. Everyone is friendly and give the right recommendations. Gold price per gram is good as well. Do not waste your time at Boon Lay Gems.
