We book our Actual Day Wedding Package with Bluebay. Our account manager Beatrice is very professional and responsive to our requests, my wife has all the luxury of time to do her selection of gown. Avoid this place if you can ! Almost talked into signing with them , but we walked away Upon confirmation with our couple friends , we realise they had bad experiences with them during their photo shoot in Taiwan.

Would definitely recommend Bluebay to new couples looking to have their PWS! We got our package signed during one of the wedding fairs back in 2023, which the lady boss has personally served us. Before the PWS in Taiwan, we were served by a kind lady named Beatrice, who had allowed my fiancé (Not husband yet at the time of writing HAHA) to try on different suits as his sizing is only available in Singapore. Beatrice and her colleague gave some advice on which colour would be fitting/look more youthful, and assisted on the measurements of the suit to make it more fitting during the PWS. In Taiwan, our coordinator xiaofan was really helpful and responsive in her replies. During the shoot in Taiwan, we had to change into an indoor shoot due to unpredictable weather changes, and xiaofan immediately got the props that we have requested within the hour! She and her colleagues also made sure that we are comfortable and well fed during the PWS, and the overall experience in Taiwan was really good. Upon returning to Singapore for the gown selection, Beatrice assisted me in my gown selection by providing some advice, and what are the trend right now. She also suggested some dresses to try on based on my preference was really patient with me as I tried on a lot of dresses, and she was also helpful with our long list of questions as well. Thank you, the team, in Singapore and in Taiwan, for the great PWS experience 😊 Will definitely recommend to our friends who are keen for an overseas PWS experience.
