Wanted to do something special on my wedding to have balloons on the bride's veil. Many other balloon vendors rejected my idea. Only Bloomsandballoon is willing to execute this. Went to their shop for a quick discussion and Ms Serene and Akmal was there to attend to us. They assured us everything can be done. We did not further discuss on the idea and left them to work on it. The next time we met with her was on the wedding day. We were surprise that everything we have visualized came true. My no.1 place to go to whenever i need balloons/decorations for an event! I got my balloons for my 21st party 3-4 years ago & then i got my wedding balloons decoration from them this year ✨ i love how attentive & patient they are! they do not hard sell me to pay more! hopefully the next time i engage them, it will be my baby shower! xx

Never once they fail to impress me with their ideas and unexpected performance! Been purchasing from them since 2019 for my wedding car decoration, wedding bouquet, birthday surprises and till now my wedding anniversary where i wanted to give my husband cigrettes & money! Hidden gem in the east! love their shop concept of being a 24 hrs florist and balloon shop esp for me... decided to patronise their store to prepare some simple balloons for my ROM ... it was good the LOVE foils lasted longer than anticipated and the smaller balloon colour combination was a nice touch! thanks to the lady boss and staff for your suggestion and working with my budget even though it was a last minute one....will definitely recommend

Ordered an Balloon arc and 2 floating balloons for my wedding with ‘Love’ word in between. The balloon arc is well done. It fits the entrance of my ballroom perfectly. However the 2 floating Ballons with the ‘Love’ word is very disappointing. The wording came dropping down and the staff handling it didn’t seem to be interested to solve this issue. They used some double sided tape to secure it but not for too long. Very slip shot job. In the end we got to shelve this set of balloons to one corner of the ballroom. Communication between the delivery man wasn’t done properly too. The delivery dropped me several missed calls during my solemnization process even though I have told the shop in advance to contact one of my bridesmaids.
