We are not the most decisive couple but she has been nothing but patient with us 🥹 My partner was looking for a double-breasted suit. While it wasn’t readily available during our first session with them, she made his dream come true for our AD! We had a minor hiccup during our final fitting with the kua. She was quick to make suggestion that’s very close to our original choice and kept checking in with us to see if we are okay with it. We are really very thankful to have met her 🙏 Absolutely no hard-selling before we signed too and every session with her was so enjoyable. Of course the gowns are beautiful!!! I came in looking for something that’s simple, modern, without lace or flower and best with zip instead of a corset back and Joyce helped me find THE ONE during our very first session. I was a worried UK14 bride during the start of the gown hunt because I was worried that I won’t be able to find something I like but Blooming Bride and Joyce delivered! Thank you Joyce 💖💖💖

Was originally super excited to come for a bridal appointment as it would be my first time trying on wedding dresses & they cater to bigger sizes but it unfortunately did not go too well. When we came for the appointment, the staff was very quiet and did not seem enthusiastic about serving us. There wasn’t any greetings or introduction from the staff as we were left to just roam around. As it was my first time looking at dresses, I was very confused on what to do and there wasn’t any guidance from the staff unless we asked questions. The staff was mostly standing by the corner and did not guide much or advice on styles or how to choose which style to pick out in the beginning of the appointment, leaving us confused. Even when we were trying on the dresses, the staff was rather quiet. Most of the time, we felt that we had to ask a lot of questions to navigate the appointment rather than being guided on what we should do. Was super keen on the designs in the showroom but the vibe felt very quiet and awkward in the end.
