I engaged BeFound as my AD MUA. During the trial, they were very receptive to my feedback, and also respected my preferences. They managed to create the look that I wanted on my wedding day, and I received lots of compliments on how natural my makeup looked and how it suited me well.

It was a great experience with Bfound! my MUA Rachael listens to my preferences, gave advice and made it very comfortable and pleasant. loved my make up and hairdo! She was also early for my AD make up session which was great to start our big day on time/ early!

I engaged BeFound upon a friend's recommendation and would highly recommend them myself. Rachael did a great job with my pre-wedding shoot make-up and my two looks on the actual wedding day. She's incredibly patient with my indecisiveness but also very good at guiding me towards finding my own preferences. I was very happy with how all three looks turned out and received a lot of compliments! I would really recommend BeFound (especially Rachael) if you don't really have a clear idea of what your preferences are but want to look your best on your big day. Ann also did a great job on my sister's, mum's and groom's looks on the actual wedding day despite timing constraints. Thank you, BeFound!

Started my journey since Jan 2023 when I stumbled on Instagram. Got curious and met Rachel, one of their staff, who welcomed and helped me to uds abt their program. I like how they choose to journey with you and educate you on skincare instead of focusing on piling on makeup products. Took it as an educational for myself and since then, I’ve had regular morning and night routines which I never keep it consistent. With BeFound who keeps you accountable and giving you advices anytime, you will find yourself develop healthy skincare routines (including applying sunscreen…) and stop impulsive purchases on huge marketing products. Esp if you have sensitive skin like me, it’s better to focus on skincare that suits your skin the best. As mentioned, it’s a journey so I also had down moments when my skin is still is at its discovery stage when I was trying different products. That’s when I know some products work and some don’t becos I am sensitive to certain products. If you need accountable and want to invest in skincare, this will be for you. I came across their ad on ig about their makeup class and it got me interested. I made clear in the survey that I am only interested in the makeup class. They contacted me for a meetup; I found it rather strange as I only needed to know the class prices and dates. I decided to meet with them anyway. TLDR, they wanted to share about their business, ie “invest” in their“skin transformation journey” After the initial warm up conversations, I mentioned I was only interested in improving my makeup techniques, she appeared confused and mentioned that they don’t do makeup classes. Huh..? After a bunch of back and forth, she finally shared that they conduct small group workshops on understanding skin, improving skin and, guess what, makeup classes. I still stuck to what I told her before, that I was only interested in makeup classes and nothing else. She then got me to sign up for their next makeup workshop for $1k. I found it expensive but as I was not aware of the market prices at that point in time, I paid for it. I was not told what this $1k consists of; no brochures, no details, no receipts. Later on, I discovered that makeup classes are mostly under $400 (even for private classes) and I had grossly overpaid. Long story short, I managed to get them to refund me.
