He is very experienced and knowledgeable on our questions.Very good service by him ,very courteous and totally make us feel comfortable while browsing in the shop unlike some jewellery shops we went which makes one feel uncomfortable. Engraving service is fast too and thanks to another female staff who helped us engraved our names on the rings first before taking her lunch. The engraved names turned out very nicely done .
