From the initial discussion with Iris, everything was smooth, and they really did their best to adhere to our needs, even in terms of design! We were able to go down to the detail of showing them different images, and pointed out what part we wanted :) The result - We got a 3D image of our wedding band, and it turned out how we wanted to! Their diamonds got that top tier BLING. Our actual wedding bands turned out even better than the renders. They also helped us expedite our order in time for the ROM. Highly recommend!
A long overdue post -- we had the most pleasant experience designing our engagement ring and wedding rings with Authica J! My husband first worked with Sharon on the engagement ring - she was extremely helpful in guiding him throughout the process and immediately understood the vision and requirements for the ring. Sharon also offered great suggestions and advice. The ring design was a total surprise to me but it was just perfect! My husband and I were very pleased with how the ring turned out and returned to customise our wedding rings with them! Sharon proposed a design for my wedding ring which maintains a similar motif to the engagement ring and interconnects beautifully with it, while my husband's ring has a rose gold design in the inner layer while maintaining its "ruggedness". We loved every bit of the process and looked forward to each consultation/visit with Authica J -- the experience was so unique and meaningful to our wedding planning journey, just like the symbolic meanings we've given to our ring designs! 10/10 highly recommend Team Authica J for the personalised service with a touch, the beautiful designs and amazing after-care service!
I'm incredibly thankful for the beautiful custom engagement ring! The team was very patient and accommodating from start to finish. Despite having done some research on diamonds, I felt quite unsure about the ring design at first. However, after asking several questions and watching them make expert adjustments to the AutoCAD drawing, my confidence grew. Their services are perfect for beginners, as they are very responsive and helpful with any questions. The ring's finishing is simply exquisite, and I was amazed when I first saw it. It sparkles wonderfully, even in low light. My fiancée was ecstatic to say yes to such a stunning ring. Thank you!
Went to Authica to make my engagement ring, and not only were they genuine experts in their art, they were also very accommodating with my partner's and my requests when it comes to the rings. Price wise was honestly very reasonable despite my rather complicated design 😅. When we went to collect our ring, the staff was just as ecstatic as we were to collect and view in awe of our rings. Not only that, the entitlement we got for the purchase (namely annual free polishing, prong tightening and AJ care for 5 years after purchase) was so so worth it!! Many many thanks for the rings, and many many thanks for the hospitality too!!! We'll cherish this rings just as my partner and i cherish our relationship, heh. Oh also her diamond was sparkly as all stars, even though it was an emerald cut 😅😅 (not visible in pic but very visible irl)
