I purchased their omakase, grand dried flowers previously and is completely blown away by the florist's arrangement. The bouquet is very beautiful and worth every penny spent! Ana Hana Flower staff were patient in answering all queries and provided great advice on how to keep bridal bouquet fresh, going the extra mile to do up a matching boutonnière. Request for loose flowers was readily agreed and generous in providing sufficient for a good hairdo. Bridal bouquet exceeded expectations too, size was good and colour theme suited. Thank you for being a part of my special day.

My experience with Ana Hana was unfortunately very poor. I had placed an order for my bridal bouquet with them in early Feb for my wedding on 1st July. Before I placed my order, I enquired about the flowers, whether they can fulfil my order, expertise opinions on what will look good. Some time in Apr I also reached out to Claire to ask if everything was in order and if they needed any help with clarifications on what I wanted I would be happy to answer. I was clearly very excited about this process and eager to have purchased from Ana Hana. To my (and possibly any bride)‘s absolute horror, 5 days before the wedding, a casual text is sent by Claire to inform me that they are not able to provide me with my requested bouquet because of flower shortage. Not even an apologetic phone call on Claire’s own initiative. This shop has a limited sense of empathy because dropping a bomb like this 5 days before one’s wedding is extremely stressful and unacceptable. Several options were provided, some of which asking for top ups (how ridiculous?). The customer is already distraught about her bouquet which is important to her and here they are asking for top ups. After a lot of tears and back and forth, we eventually came to an agreement. But the horror story isn’t over. The day before my wedding, the delivery arrives and it Is not what we last discussed. Once again, the business does not take a sincere apologetic tone. After the help of my husband speaking to Claire, they agreed to send someone back to “fix” the bouquet. All in all, although the end product was alright (not what I originally wanted) the stress is not worth it. As brides preparing for wedding/ anyone requiring a product for a very special event, strongly do not recommend getting your flowers from here. The service standard really needs to be worked on. The worst part is that there was no remedial action, and the tone adopted throughout this experience was “I am sorry but it is also not my fault”. Hope this business learns to take accountability for its customers orders. You may not realise it but when we place an order for a special event, the order is actually very important to us.
