After looking at so many wedding bands at different fine jewelry brands, my colleague told me to have a look at the IG profile for Alex Wong. There were so many stunning and beautiful variations, so I immediately contacted him via WhatsApp. The response was very quick and helpful. I visited the boutique in person and found the perfect one for myself. He didn’t have the exact design my fiancé wanted, but was able to order it and it arrived just in time for our ROM. We were both impressed by the genuine superior customer service, level of transparent product knowledge and professionalism provided by Alex. The prices are reasonable and the selection is great. We loved the look of the black ring boxes/packaging as well. The ambiance in the boutique was very luxurious and private. I will continue to recommend this company to any of my friends and family looking for jewelry.
