CH: If you ever thought there were only this much a wedding can be messed up, think again. This vendor is a prime example of abysmal project management. Every single aspect of the wedding journey beginning from the pre-wedding shoot to the actual day will only be messed up beyond your wildest imagination. Highly recommended as is the absolute perfect (trauma) bonding activity for all wedded couples to be! Both parties will only emerge closer and stronger from toiling through the arduous months of consistent crisis management. Signing up entitles you to a lifetime opportunity to micromanage the project manager (Maggie). "Abandon all hope, ye who enter here" - Translated from Dante's Inferno [circa 1321]

Horrible horrible place. I regret SO MUCH going with this company. TDLR: they lost my white gown ONE DAY before my wedding, both suits that were supposed to be customized/altered for the groom were different sizes, constantly “last-minute emergencies” hence unavailable, which don’t even know if it’s true. So we went down to the studio twice, 1st time for try on, 2nd time for final fitting. Final fitting supposed to be one week before wedding. ON THE DAY ITSELF, Maggie said she’s not available and asked to change the appt to next week. My wedding is on a Saturday, she asked to do the fitting on Friday, that is one day before. We obviously said no, we have to do it earlier no matter what. No replies from her at all until I had to text her to follow up on Tuesday. They close on Wednesday, so we are left with Thursday. So she said someone else will do our final fitting as she had to return to Taiwan last-minute, but guess what. She was there when we turned up. She said she changed her flights for us. Don’t even know if it’s real or not. Next point. I don’t understand how after taking my husband’s measurements during the 1st visit, and when final fitting comes, both suits were of different sizes??? Did they really alter the suit? We don’t know. How can one sleeves be longer than the other when they have the exact measurements? Not professional at all. Next point. My white gown was not there during the final fitting. Maggie “claimed” it was at the laundromat, and she will bring it to my hotel tomorrow, aka Friday, aka day before my wedding, and she will do any final adjustments in my room. Friday morning I texted Maggie if she found the gown at the laundromat. She said she’s on the way to my room. Upon opening the door, first thing she said was she couldn’t find my gown, and brought 3 other “similar” gowns for me to try on the spot. Can you imagine my horror?? And I don’t have a choice?? In the end I had to settle for one of the gowns that I didn’t even shortlist from the start. So pissed with her at this point. The fact that she wasn’t even honest and didn’t have the guts to tell me right up till the second she was at my door. And so much for doing the adjustments in my room. She didn’t have the tools and had to go back to the studio to alter. Zzzz Next point. We returned all their stuff the next day after our wedding on Sunday. I texted Maggie we were on the way, she said we can leave it at the dessert shop downstairs as she’s not in the studio today. Fine. At the dessert shop, the auntie said Maggie was around and went to press the studio’s doorbell. Lo and behold Maggie opened the door. Didn’t have the face to see us????? Ridiculous. We dropped the stuff off and left. Didn’t even want to say a word to her. It’s a freaking joke. STAY AWAY.

If we could give 0 stars we would. My partner and I were literally forced into their booth during BOWS earlier today and were treated with absolute disrespect. Despite exercising outmost patience in our queries, our time was consistently stalled by unprofessionalism for close to an hour with behaviours of hard selling/constant dodging of our concerns. Highly do not recommend - run while you still can.

Maggie was very nice and engaging. She is always joyful and eager to help. She made the journey of our wedding photo shoot very fun and hassle free. I really enjoyed the process

Staff Very friendly at first. But lied that they were voted one of the top wedding boutique in Singapore by Singapore bride forum. But I found it to be untrue. After deposit taken. Attitude changed, Respond was slow in Whatsapp. Then fitting day did not arrange shop to be open. As if only 1 worker working at studio. Gown selection was pathetic. Even groom suit also will not let us choose on the spot. Say will let groom choose via photographs on another day yet wan us pay in full upon bride choosing of gown day. This is ridiculous. Avoid this shop although package is the cheapest we can find.
