A Merry Moment

We engaged Petrina for PWS/AD photography. Prior to confirming their services, we had a zoom session with Petrina. She was patient with all our queries and most importantly, we clicked instantly! Fast forward to our PWS, her bubbly self made us feel very comfortable and the whole process was super fun. On AD, we were running behind schedule due to poor weather conditions, but Petrina was understanding and extended her services for us. Most importantly, she beautifully captured our PWS/AD photos and we are very thankful for her! ❤️ We also engaged Leon for AD (same day express edits) videography. Leon was clear of the outcome he wanted to achieve, and gave us clear instructions on the shots he wanted to take. He would crack a few jokes and made sure we were not nervous/awkward! Despite the time crunch, he delivered a final edit that we were very satisfied with. While the video was being played after second march-in, my husband and I kept wow-ing in amazement at the video. Our parents also told us that it was really well-edited 😍 It’s definitely a video clip that we can look back at in the years to come. Thank you!

We haven’t gotten our final photos, but the preview shots she sent over were beautiful, and beyond our expectations. Through her lens, everything looked magical. We had Qihui/A Merry Moment for our casual PWS, and we had so much fun! Like her personality, Qihui’s shots are bright, bubbly and very fun :) we loved how the shots turned out exactly as we wanted, & Qihui always manages to get the feel we are looking for :)

I engaged A Merry Moment's Qi Hui for PWS and was apprehensive at first because my husband and I weren't photogenic and don't really know how to pose in photos. Qi Hui was able to give us instructions and pointers on how to angle ourselves, how to pose etc and made us really relaxed despite the sweltering afternoon heat that day. She was also very flexible when we suggested a location that she have not tried before, thank you for taking the mini adventure with us! And then, I proceeded to have a super amazing wedding day with Qi Hui as our photographer! I didn’t have to worry about photo taking the whole day because Qi Hui took charge of it all! She was also very mindful of our schedule and helped make sure we didn’t waste too much time 😅 she also did her best to seize all the opportunities to help me, my family, and my guests capture this important day. It was probably quite difficult adjusting photo angles for my husband and I and everyone else, but Qi Hui really went above and beyond during her hours with us, also going out of her way to help us hold our items when we were moving locations 🥲 Really want to express my appreciation for her great job and professionalism, and for being so flexible with our requests and our family/friends’ photo-taking requests. She definitely played a huge part in making our wedding day a successful one (: I would also like to thank Petrina for giving us advice and suggestions during our PWS and wedding planning! Couldn’t have done it without her too (: Highly recommend for families, photoshoots, weddings! ❤

We were totally sold by Petrina and Leon after our first interaction with them via Zoom. We hadn't considered going for Videography for our wedding but was swayed after watching some of Leon's work. Although we had opted out from videography in the end, Petrina remained very professional and helpful. She was very quick to offer suggestions (even though we had not confirmed yet!) and was very generous in providing reference materials for us as guidelines. Due to the COVID restrictions, Petrina was very accommodating when we had to reschedule our PWS. During the shoot, Petrina arrived early and she brought along a very positive, bubbly, and fun energy. She guided us on how to pose and was very patient and encouraging during the entire shoot. She was also very meticulous and helpful in adjusting our gown and suit. When we received the PWS photos, we were 100% convinced that we were in the best possible hands for our AD. And indeed, we were not let down! Looking through the AD album brought back so many happy memories and emotions. Petrina has done so well in capturing key and funny moments, and the personality of our bridal entourage and key family members. She got along so well with everyone that it felt like we had another friend to share this special moment with. We were really sad when we had to part ways, but we would choose Petrina again in a heartbeat! The Merry Ones, one day? <3
