Better Florist…The Culprit When you order and send flowers be it a funeral, wedding, birthday, valentines day , engagement day , …etc it is a very personal appreciation with sentiments and feelings of love towards the party you send to of utmost importance. But, Better Florist is well known as a conniving florist company whom will ruin it all, by taking you as a hostage,with undelivered goods, short changing,demanding,and refusing to refund. Be aware of this illegitimate company whom practices all the dirty tricks to make you pay for their incompetence or conniving methods by being greedy to hold you hostage if you do not pay the extra fees demanded, and if you don’t, your occasion is ruined Absolutely. They can bring me to court if they want to and I have concrete evidence to prove my dealings with them. This bloody company has no credibility, interest, accountability and transparency. If I had read these reviews I would not have ordered from Abetterflorist. What an irony in its name. I ordered for a colleague's wedding and they delivered to the wrong address. With no proof that they did not deliver correctly they asked for extra charge to redeliver the next day.and the next day they delivered wrongly again to the solemnisation location when they already know they missed the event and was supposed to deliver to the recipient's home instead! The worse experience I had compared to any other florists in Singapore and in Asia since I do make orders for work quite often. Please do not, just do not order from them. Ruin the ocassion, waste my time and money.

Posting this review on behalf of a friend. I feel this should not brushed aside as it is not fair to the consumer. My friend ordered an extraordinary flower arrangement from A Better Florist for a shop opening, as such designs are not available with other florists. Turns out, the result is not the same as the photo presented on their website, flowers have not bloomed yet (and this is for an opening!), skirting is different, ribbon is different and even the sign is badly printed! No disrespect intended , but this slightly more expensive flower arrangement is just like any others that has been delivered at the shop opening. When my friend pursued the unhappiness with the florist, they said "it looks perfectly fine to me". Yes one may argue that the flower arrangement looks perfectly fine, flowers will bloom tomorrow, skirting colour no stock that day, ribbons are of different taste, name on the sign is still legible. Fine. And one may say that it's perfectly fine to send carnations to your girlfriend on Valentines Day and white chrysanthemums to your mum on Mothers Day. They are flowers after all. Of course it is also perfectly fine to ask your mum if she has made a will already, just when she has been diagnosed with cancer, as well as the chef chopping off the head and tail of a whole fish served at the wedding banquet. BUT if you don't understand the subtle yet importance of what your flower arrangement delivers, you cant possibly be a better florist. You cant be a florist at all. Whether there is pride and passion in you and your business, it shows. It's all over your flower arrangement.

And thanks to the florist who made the gorgeous flower arrangement. Wonderful team from a better florist. One comment for the CEO would be to improve the workplace environment at keng cheow st, perhaps by better lighting and space design. Currently the place is rather dark and messy.

Very disappointed, ordered flowers for vday but no flowers were delivered on AD and no messages were left for me for non delivery. attempted to call the store at the number stated during office hours the next day. but phone just have a beep sound with a non proactive approach to picking up customer calls. now, i am wondering if i am able to get a refund.
